10 Great Reasons to Drink More Water

Most people would probably grudgingly admit that they don’t drink enough water. With so many other alternatives out there that taste good – juice, colas, sports drinks – drinking water can seem, well, boring. Or maybe they assume they’re getting enough water from other sources, like the all-day-long coffee drinker. (You know the type I’m talking about.)

When you better understand not just how necessary water is to a healthy life, but the range of benefits it can have, you might be more likely to reach for the refillable water bottle next time instead of the 20 ounce soda.
